Keep Reporting & Blocking TikTok will start reading us when we say these are Fake. As we know Nicky (@nickybyrnehq) has his Official Tick, Mark Hasn't got his but it is the real Mark (markusmoments)
Girls, I appreciate what you are trying to do, but making lists won't help.
A scammer will create a new profile as soon as the previous one has been reported.
All we can do is make people aware of the Lads' official accounts and tell them to block & report all others.

I know they can easily do a new account unfortunatelly. It‘s absolutely sad to see how many fans are following the fakes, even when we make awareness posts like we did in the last few days. As long i have the energy and not tired of I try to keep the community safe.
I already gave up to make this online Community work proberly.
I totally agree it's sad, but all we can do is warn them.
Even Jodi and Nicky have warned people about fake accounts. Some people will never learn.
I also cringe when I see some people reply to posts from obvious fan sites with 'I love you Shane' or 'please come back to my country'.
They don't even realise which account they're interacting with.

Yeah you‘re absolutely right. I only finish with the FB Group then I stop with the Lists again, it‘s not worth it‘s efforts.
Yes we also have such Followers with commenting like we are the lads thats why we again posted that we are a Fanpage. I also started hide these kind of Comments and this is also the reason we switched off the Message function on Facebook. We got daily 50 and more Message for the lads.
I have kept a faker talking on Insta last year.
He pretended to be Shane.
At first I played along, just to see what his goal was, so after about 2 months he asked if I could keep a secret. And then he told me he was getting a divorce and that all his bank accounts had been frozen. Could I lend him some money?
I told him I would try and asked him for all his details, which I then sent to Meta when I reported him. And I blocked him.
He actually contacted me with another account, accusing me of betraying his trust.
It's sad that people actually fall for these tricks though.

In Fact it is really sad that People fall for them. To be honest I nearly got scammed when the Tickets for Cork went on Sale in 2019. I saw some really professional looking Company Selling Meet‘n‘Greets with the lads in Cork. I checked them out and they looked real, even googled them and found good reviews. Well when I got the paiment details I saw it‘s a Bank was in NL and I asked my Bank Company If they are on a Blacklist and they told me not to make the paiment as It‘s Scam. So I got out quickly without loosing money. Lately I tried to fool a Nicky Fake but he stopped messaging as he felt he can‘t really fool me. I asked too many questions.
Never ask too many questions; just play dumb.
I asked him once how I could be sure he was really Shane and he said 'trust me, I am'. And I let him believe that I believed him.
What he didn't realise was that he was posting at times when the real Shane was on stage.

Ah I don‘t blame the Netherlands for it. I doubt that it was a person from the Netherlands but they had a Bank Account in the Netherlands. Would love to visit the Netherlands again :)
